Message: We were heading to Hatfield's & McCoy's when our Camper had a tire blow out right before the Ripley Exit. We were directed to Collision Specialists. Even thought the crew was on Lunch, the shop Forman kindly had an employee fix our Flat. The entire crew was very polite and friendly. The rim was bent, but the tire technician did his best to fix it, replace the blown tire and get us on our way. We ended up using that tire in Logan when we came out from Walmart another tire was flat and it worked out fine. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank You.

Message: I recently had a lift kit installed (not here) as well as new tires and wheels. I’ve had a bad vibration ever since. I’ve had my 4Runner to four other shops with no luck.. A couple of people recommended Collision Specialists so I made an appointment. The tech went out of his way to work with me and to help eliminate my problems. He ended up making it at least 90% better. Thanks to the incompetence of the other shops there is some damage to my tires that only time will fix.. Thanks again and I will be back.

Message: My daughter hit a deer with her car and it was towed to Ripley Collision Center to be fixed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had the car for over a month and her insurance would only cover a rental for 30 days. I called and spoke with Derrick. I explained the situation and how my daughter was upset because she needed a vehicle for work. He explained they were waiting on a part but they would get the car in ASAP. He was so amazing and so understand. He called me back when the car was done and explained how we would pick the car up due to we needed to come after hours since we had to drive a distance after work. What an amazing place to deal with. I would definitely recommend this collision center for any auto body repairs. Derrick and the crew were so kind and so understanding. The car was fabulous. Looked great. Thank you so very much for all your did for us.
