Message: Had an awesome experience here. I’m from Illinois, was visiting here from our destination(in hedgesville) to see several historic sites in Berkley Springs. When we got back to my truck, it wouldn’t start. I called every mechanic in town and even mobile roadside mechanics. no luck till next week MAYBE. I called these guys and they had my truck repair complete within 24 hours. Not an easy fix as my truck isn’t domestic. This place is the real deal and anyone that knows how stressful this situation can be, completely understands the difference between a company that actually cares vs a company that doesn’t, and can seriously appreciate the difference between the two. This IS the best mechanic shop around, make no mistake. I really can’t tell you guys how much my family and I appreciate all of the help! 10 STARS.

Message: While driving to our campsite at Cacapon, my low clearance car hit a rock and started leaking transmission fluid. It was towed to Gates around 6pm Tuesday night, they looked at it Wednesday morning and got me up and running in record time by Thursday at noon-ordered parts and all. They came in right at the estimated cost, and right on schedule. They we’re gracious and answered all my questions, and came highly recommended by everyone in town. Get to Gates if you need the best!
