Roger is the same way - he will never try to sell you something you don't need, and he lets you make all the decisions. Next, his prices are fantastic! Really, most jobs come out to being the best prices, and all the rest come out to still being among the most reasonable. You can't get these qualities (honesty and great prices) at Goodyear, or any of the big name franchises. Also, when I walk in it's like I'm seeing extended family again - they are wonderful! Message: Excellent, professional service. Showed up at opening, without an appointment, with donut spare. Flat tire was assessed as being too damaged to repair. Forty-five minutes later and 2 new tires we were ready to continue our journey south. Highly recommend Roger's to fellow travellers having tire problems.

Message: Rogers has worked on my Honda & 4X4 about 2 years now. 5 stars they did what they said & did a good job. Could be cheaper places, I got what I paid for. When they first serviced my 4X4 they greased it (I checked) & they only charged for replacing a fitting. When I asked in Hagerstown they wanted $75 extra to grease it. Roger has been here a long time & his people are knowledgeable & friendly.

Message: I called to get a quote. The woman was very friendly and helpful. I decided to go in that same day less than an hour before they closed. They didn't mind at all. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with 2 brand new tires! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
